All orders are processed in the order they are received. Please allow 1-5 business days for processing before your order ships. Processing times may vary during sales, holidays and high-volume periods.

Custom-made wigs are handcrafted to your specifications and require additional preparation time. Please allow 7-10 business days for construction and processing before shipment.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Shipping timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. TEASED is not responsible for delays, lost packages or additional shipping fees resulting from an incorrect address.

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, TEASED is not responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced packages. We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

Due to the nature of hair products, all sales are final.

For hygiene and quality-assurance reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds on hair extensions, wigs, closures, frontals or other hair products.

If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so our team can review and assist you promptly.

Orders may only be cancelled before processing begins. Once an order has entered processing, it can no longer be modified or cancelled.

Custom wig orders cannot be cancelled once construction has begun.
